POWER WASHING

We are 100% confident in our ability to provide our clients with a power washing cleaning service that is second to none.

Using the latest state-of-the-art pressure and hot power washing equipment, our fully trained and insured staff will tackle any cleaning and restoration job effectively. We use both hot & cold water power washers, which can tackle even the most stubborn stains such as oil, paint, & graffiti.

CMAX caters to both commercial and residential customers, CMAX Sanitary Services specializes in the cleaning and restoration of all surfaces, including brick, driveways, paving, pattern imprinted concrete, decking and patios.

OUR PROCESS

 

You leave your can(s) out on trash pick up day and once they’re emptied by your trash service we’re right behind them to start the cleaning process! 

STEP 1

Clean and Disinfect

Each can is washed with high heat & pressure using our specialized 360-rotating cleaning heads to remove dirt & grime from every crevice

STEP 2

Deodorize

We then deodorize your trash cans, using an Eco-friendly non-sticky deodorizer, making them instantly become fresher and a cleaner household utility!

STEP 3

Disposing

All the wastewater goes back into the truck’s dirty water tank and is disposed of at a locally approved water treatment facility, causing NO harm to the environment.
